Inspired by the ongoing support and love from my younger brother, 82 Ideas is the company for my illustration and artwork. 82 Ideas is currently involved in many projects, both personal and commissioned. These projects include - but are not limited to - comics, portraits, illustration, character design, story boarding, tattoo design, murals, and anime video editing.

Background: Born in Canada on a snowy day in 1977, some say I was destined for greatness. But so far they've been wrong. I'm still waiting for said greatness to arrive. They probably sent it with UPS.
The first thing I remember drawing was a purple duck. Purple is my favorite color - could you tell? I was one of the lucky ones with supportive parents always willing to drop me off at art class to indulge my talents and give them some peace and quiet for awhile.
I draw inspiration from so many sources it would be hard to name them all. Yes, I do love anime but this is only a recent love, discovered when I was a young maid at 16. However, my love for cartoons has always been forefront in my life. As for my true inspiration - this comes from the strength, love and support of a small family and group of close friends.
The mediums I work in are as ecclectic as my music tastes. Watercolor, artist's pencils, and markers being current favorites. I will, however, always have a soft spot for oil paints.
My medium, my artwork, my subjects, my tastes and myself can all be summed up in one word really - ecclectic.
